PQC is a vendor for the Human Capital and Training Solutions (HCaTS) Small Business (SB) IDIQ. The HCaTS contracts provide federal agencies with a reliable, flexible, fast and efficient way to obtain best value solutions for their complex human capital and training service requirements. SeaPort Enhanced (SeaPort-e) is an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Contract (MAC) vehicle issued by Naval Surface Warfare Center. Under this contract, task orders can be issued by the Military Sealift Command, Naval Air Systems Command, Naval Facilities Command, Naval Sea Systems Command, Naval Supply Systems Command, Office of Naval Research, Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command, Strategic Systems Programs, and the U.S. Marine Corps. Services provided under this contract are categorized into 22 functional service areas. PQC can support all seven zones, and has experience in functional areas 3.1 Research and Development Support; 3.5 System Design Documentation and Technical Data Support; 3.6 Software Engineering, Development, Programming and Network Support; 3.8 Human Factors Engineering Support; 3.10 Configuration Management Support; 3.11 Quality Assurance Support; 3.12 Information System Development; 3.16 Acquisition Logistics Support; 3.17 Supply and Provisioning Support; 3.18 Training Support; 3.20 Program Support; and 3.21 Administrative Support. PQC’s Task Orders include:
SeaPort Next Generation (SeaPort-NxG) is an IDIQ MAC vehicle with task orders that can be issued by the Naval Sea Systems Command, Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command, Naval Supply Systems Command, Military Sealift Command, Naval Facilities Command,
Office of Naval Research, or the United States Marine Corps. Contractors provide services that potentially span the entire spectrum of mission areas and technical capabilities supported by the Department of the Navy (DON) ordering activities. Services within the two categories (Engineering Services and Program Management Services) with 23 functional area subcategories may be performed under this contract for new and existing product areas, programs, or missions, which are assigned to these activities during the life of the contract.
